Roswell, GA - the first floor level studio suite is strategically positioned near multiple metro-Atlanta commuter routes (directly off of Hwy 92). Plus, with an overflow of open parking spaces directly in front, ease of access & convenience is guaranteed. .... It is also quietly tucked away among professional office suites which border a deep green space, creating a sacred serene space that feels like an oasis escape from the usual hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Services are flexibly structured to align with your specific desires - whether you prefer only one modality or combos, sporadic or consistent sessions, and shorter or longer durations.
All sessions are offered either as an individual pay-as-you-go one-off, as part of a discounted bulk package, or as a weekly recurring (timeslot held) session within a monthly membership.
Organic Movement's studio is equipped with tons of state of the art tools (I LOVE my gadgets!) for best assisting you to return to full proper functional movement ... as well as strategically balance everything in your body for fluid, pain-free mobility, and sturdy balance (especially important for fall resilience in my older clientele).
Movement Therapy

equipment: rehabilitative Pilates reformer (fisio) with conversion to raised treatment table, fuse ladder, BB EXO chair, bosu, gi board, kettlebells, hand weights, stability balls & pads, foot & toe correctors, fascia release rollers & balls ... as well as other misc helpers!
Each session is specifically custom curated to your specific needs, and often determined in the moment as I observe what is going on in your body, what it is specifically communicating it needs.
All sessions are offered either as an individual pay-as-you-go one-off, as part of a discounted bulk package, or as a weekly recurring (timeslot held) session within a monthly membership.
Fascia Release & Fascia Stretches are excellent for addressing mysterious pain in the body - aches & pains which cannot be easily correlated to any particular event, injury, or 'cause'. We use various fascia release tools to release body tension, tightness, restricted range of motion, & tender trigger points on the body due to fascial pain.

1:1 private sessions are conducted in the private Pilates room (and booked as a Pilates session).
NOTE: In the main entry area of the studio, I also host small group classes - either couples/duets or small class of up to 6 students total. These are scheduled as Studio Parties. (See details below.)

AcuTonics Sound Healing sessions in essence are like NeedleLESS Acupuncture - infusing harmonic resonant frequencies into the body with various tuning fork frequencies, at key acupoints and meridians, recalibrating you from the inside out. The frequencies gently create what some of my clients call an inner massage, & often leave feeling more relaxed and refreshed than after a physical massage.

on-body and off-body (aura) sound healing treatments using planetary frequency tuning forks, in three octaves: mid, low, and High; planetary chimes, crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, crystal gem boots on key forks, select crystals & essential oils also incorporated in sessions as needed.
Each session is specifically custom curated to your specific needs - whether addressing physical or metaphysical conditions that you would like to heal or release. The AcuTonics Sound Healing modality is based in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

In the main entry area of the studio, I host small group classes - either couples/duets or small group up to 6 students total - priced equivalent to that of (2) private sessions. Bring your loved ones together to share in a fun, soulful self-care adventure together, custom curated for your group.
